1 · What Crypsos is — and is not

Crypsos is a proprietary research and surveillance platform built on public SEC EDGAR filings and other public data. It produces screening signals, research analytics, and a paper-traded (simulated) book. Crypsos is not investment advice. Nothing on this platform is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, and no output is personalized to your circumstances. Crypsos and its owner are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or commodity trading advisor, and no adviser-client relationship is created by your use of the platform. Valuation marks shown are lenders' Level-3 fair-value estimates, not market prices.

2 · No performance promise

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Backtested and simulated (paper) results have inherent limitations — they are constructed with hindsight, may not reflect liquidity, borrow availability, or execution costs you would actually face, and no representation is made that any account will achieve results similar to those shown. You use the platform and act on any information entirely at your own risk.

3 · Intellectual property & confidentiality

The platform — including its software, methods, formulas, thresholds, scoring systems, signal definitions, database schemas, prompts, and documentation — is proprietary and confidential, and constitutes trade secrets of Crypsos. You receive no license except a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the hosted service as provided to you. You may not copy, scrape, crawl, systematically extract, redistribute, resell, benchmark for a competing product, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the platform's methods; account credentials are individual and may not be shared.

4 · Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crypsos's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the platform shall not exceed the amounts you paid for access in the twelve months preceding the claim, and Crypsos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including trading losses.

5 · Data sources

Filing data derives from public SEC EDGAR submissions. Market and macro data derive from third-party sources with their own terms; availability is not guaranteed. Access may be suspended or terminated at any time, including for violation of these terms.
